Guest post: colonics for men, can you handle it?
I started 2017 with the same resolution I make every year- try being better. Self-improvement is big on the agenda at this year, more so than ever – not just January-only gym bunnies, and would-be athletes donning sweatbands just to hang out by the vending machine; but also a rise in the popularity of ‘wellness’ and products and practices designed to improve your mental wellbeing. It seems most of my friends and colleagues are using meditation apps, trying new diets or tracking the number of steps taken or calories burned each day with fancy gizmos on their phones or watches.
